LIVE PERFORMANCE:

September 5th, 2007

The Living Room
154 Ludlow St., Lower East Side, Manhattan, New York, NY 10002
(212) 533-7235

More electronic jazz/funk/rock cabaret with Fred Alias (Busta Rhymes, Cassandra Wilson) on drums, Manu Koch on keyboards, Karel Ruzicka, Jr. on tenor sax and flute, Frenetik on computer beats and ambiences, Deborah Charles on vocals.  Probably some of my Santana band pals as well, since they're in town for that week.  And of course, other surprises as well.

A splendid time is guaranteed for all.

Check out Douglas Craig's new New York Music Scene site for pics of the last gig!

MUSIC:

Here's something special you should know about - I recently scored (meaning I wrote the score music to) my first feature-length film, and it was released May18th.

It's called "Brooklyn Rules" and stars everybody's favorite parent, Alec Baldwin (who's actually great in this film). It also stars the luscious Mena Suvari, in what is probably her most "conventional" role so far. The endearing and funny Jerry Ferrara (he plays Turtle in the hit HBO series "Entourage") turns in a great performance as does Freddie Prinze, Jr.

I also did the music for the trailer, which was way fun, since I got to be more over-the-top with it, since you only have 30 seconds...

So please go and see it, and tell your friends to see it, too. Maybe twice... you know, just in case you missed something.

Go to the website for more release info, clips, theaters, showtimes, etc.

Also, the last 5 copies (that I have anyway, unless the long-lost master turns up at some point)
of a project I did with some great friends from Hawaii, called "The Out Takes" is now available!

I am still working on my second album. But there is another album, which shall be a secret
for now, that may get finished sooner. It's a project that several people have suggested
to me, and I like the idea. More about that in the very near future.

And remember when I said I'd be working
on some mixes for the upcoming Santana instrumental album? Well, due to typical record industry
foolishness, that thing is going to take awhile to come out. Sorry, nothing I can do about it, and please
don't ask me anything more about it, since I know little else and I'm not at liberty to disclose anything anyway.
Sorry, nothing I can do about that either. Arrgghh...

BASS VIDEO EPIC SAGA:

This has turned into a whole different thing, which I am really excited about. I'm afraid however, I must
keep it under wraps for now. Stay tuned, though, you'll know when I know!

But I can say that most of the main shooting has been done. I took a 7-piece band to Skywalker Sound
in Marin County, California and did a 7-camera HD shoot, plus High Res multitrack live recording. It looks
and sounds amazing.

I have some additional footage still to be shot here in New York City, and then I go into editing. (a.k.a. need more $$)

I will have more details when the time is right to divulge.
